They are so slow with the payment. It is so annoying cause you also have bills to pay.

We're very sorry to hear that you've had a negative experience with our company! Unfortunately the reason for your negative review is something that is out of our control.
The invoice is sent by us in the name of the helper, to the client. The client is the employer and the helper the employee. We don't pay or receive the payment from the client. The payment goes through a payment provider. As soon as the client pays (if the pay via iDEAL) the payment provider pays the helper the follwing bussiness day. If the client hasn't paid their invoice after 7 days, they receive a reminder. They keep receiving reminder until the invoice is paid. If they haven't paid the invoice after several reminders, the invoice will go to a debt collecter who will then take care of receiving payment.
Again, I'm very sorry you received some of your payments a bit later than usual. Hopefully your experience will improve or has already improved by now!
