Terrible experience. Check reviews of Huiscleaning as they changed their name this year. Helpers are often paid late, sometimes even a month later. The owners of the company take no responsibility urging helpers to ask for their money directly from the clients. The helper has to pay social security, tax holiday pay and insurance themselves out of the 11.50 an hour. The company is not interested in any issues brought to them, their answer is if you're not happy quit.

We have had contact and explained you the process of the platform: we send invoices to the clients, and as soon as they pay the invoice, the money is transferred to your bank account. When clients are late with thier payments, we always send them reminders.
Furthermore, the "minimum wage" is an advised price we offer- you can choose your own hourly rate, so if you feel like the advised price is too low for you, you can easily change this via the platform. Furthermore, on our website we explain how the Regulation of home services works. We also explained this to you when you signed up to work via our platform.
