However I've received it in dark gray color. How comes that I've got a table with the color which is not even shown on the web-shop?!
I've requested Haco Almere to replace it. After Haco Almere confirmed it on 27.06.18 I have no reaction about delivery date. On 30.07.18 I had a call with a receptionist from Haco Almere who was not able to tell me about the delivery date. When I asked if the supplier has confirmed the replacement order she was not able to confirm it as well! So after a month of waiting the status of replacement is still unclear! This is fully unacceptable!
Next: I am sending emails to almere@haco-wonen.nl and no reaction until my call. Why does the company need an official email address which is not checked regularly? Is it email for customerss care? I do not think so.
I put 1 star for information on the web-site because of:
1. It does not show real information about the products (issue with the different colors)
2. It gives email address which seems inactive - no replies for weeks.

Verbeterpunten of tips
1. Keep your product description up to date: with all options for coloros.
2. Keep your email addresses active.
3. Respond to customer's complains ASAP!
