Thank you for your review.
Your order was never shipped because you entered an incorrect address.
You placed your order on 23 July and on 25 July we sent you a message asking you to provide us with a correct address. Your late reply indicated that you wanted to place an order in the U.S.
We do not deliver plants to the U.S. and we have explained this to you as well. The refund was also initiated immediately after your reaction.
We are sorry that this has caused you to have a bad experience with our company, but we have done our best.
