Very good, except for the courrier option
Strengths
Very large choice of plants, friendly over the phone, and the customer service by email was reactive concerning the mistake in my order.
Improvements or suggestions
However, I sent an email concerning the courrier and the fees for a very poor service provided by Chronopost in France and I never got an response.
I had 2 deliveries in total, and the courrier is just the worst. Not delivering the recipient to their home, saying that they called us and came but no answer from us - that's a lie. 15 euros of fees and my parents had to go to a pick up shop for both deliveries.
Waste of time and money, and no reply from Florastore concerning my email.
