I've been living in the Netherlands for 4 years and I've never had such a bad experience.
Their sales advisor was simply not telling the truth during our conversation.
2 examples: Engie said, that they will pay my fine for my previous energy supplier. (I switched before my contract ended)
Now they refused to pay it for me...
Cashback: also not correct information received, I'm not entitled for the €150 cashback (during our meeting I was..)
Do not believe what they are saying, double check everything in the contract and in the small letters as well! Or even better, choose a reliable company.
