I made more than 2000 euro purchases for the house renovation, which a lot of investment for an individual. Two major issues happened to me for which I cannot recommend the shop:
- Next delivery did not happen for the 16mm/19mm pipes. They came 2 days later which was too late for our project. I called them saying I don't need them any more because I bought extra ones from Hornbach. They told me I should not accept the delivery and they would return my money. Never happened to date! Still waiting for my money.
- I ordered a fusebox with their online configurator - which is a great tool by the way. It arrived with wrong stickers and the backplate clips were broken. I had to install it right away because of the renovation. I didn't mind because I had the same ABB fuse box and I could use the old back plate. However I ordered two extra components that I didn't need. I asked them to return them but they would not accept single components - only the whole fusebox. Wow. Now I am stuck.
If you order one or two things this is fine and next-day delivery works great (expect for the pipes). Website is really nice and they have a lot different products you can choose from. However I would not trust them again in a big renovation project - too unreliable for me with the experience I had.
