I had a smashed back windscreen on a FR registered car. It took two days (multiple calls, emails) to make an appointment (I had to wait to talk to Carglas FR despite the service centre being in NL). The work was done quickly once I was there but they left broken glass in the car and something like grease in a 30cm ooze down my bumper.
