I needed a last-minute storage and Boxx gave me one. The unit was proper sized. The price was very good. I had a problem today, the garage door was malfunctioning. Unfortunately, the lady could not help me at all on the chat, and no one replied back on Facebook. After 30-40 minutes of constantly calling, a lovely lady picked up the phone, told me there was a door malfunction. Within 1.5 hour she called a repairman who fixed it. I was very stressed out, but was very happy with the lady's quick help.
