Going the Extra Mile!! What can I say, you can always judge a company by how they handle complaints . In this instance following on from a difficult and disappointing delivery and customer service Beetronics reached out by offering to go beyond their normal delivery and insure a satisfactory result so I agreed and re booked a monitor. It was not a smooth transaction in that we had 3 failed delivery attempts which I put down to courier issues however Beetronics worked with me to find a solution and overcome any difficulties. The Result being I recieved my new 22" Monitor yesterday and have to say well done guys for your perseverance as the easiest thing would have been to give up but no they kept at it and I got my monitor. So thank you Team Beetronics.
