Verbeterpunten of tips
When picking up the car at arrival you should ask your staff to wear something with the car rental logo on it. Your customer should not have to go trough trouble finding your staff as we did. Finaly we found a guy holding some directory with some papers, but he could also just be another tourist by the way he was dressed.
Also finding the platform at the airport where you´re supposed to deliver the car when going home is just terrible,
almost missed our flight.
You should realy improve this pick up and delivery system of yours.
But the car it self was just fine and fully met our expetations
