No tips, since the service and the vehicle was excellent. We appreciated that all the insurance (even for 3rd party) and the cost of the GPS was included. The agent who met us in the terminal was very friendly and efficient and we were on our way in no time at all. A week later when we returned to the airport an hour earlier than the agreed upon time, BB&L met us at the car even before I could call the number to let them know we had arrived early! Great service! We will definitely recommend BB& L. In fact, we have already recommended you to several of our friends.
