What and how many questions can I ask my customers?

Feedback Company gives you control over your questionnaire.
Besides two compulsory questions, i.e. a main question with a description of the experience and the request for a final score, you can decide which questions you want to ask your customers.

You can use our tool to ask twenty ‘score’ questions and up to four other questions. The tool supports the following question types:

  • Open questions
  • Sub-questions with a score (on a scale from 1 to 5)
  • Multiple choice questions with one answer given
  • Multiple choice questions with multiple answers given
  • Recommendation question (“Would you recommend the company to friends or colleagues? Yes/No”)

You can decide on the content of these additional questions entirely for yourself.

In addition to these questions, you can now also ask NPS (Net Promoter Score) and CES (Customer Effort Score) questions to your customers. Click here for more information about the description of these features.
