It is good to have 2 days training so that you can apply a 20 days change through the 30-day challenge. I also enjoy the buddy system where we can reflect and keep eachother sharp in future. I learned a lot about how peoples minds work and how to address that when presenting. Learning about the structure of a presentation helped me a lot too.
