I wasn't impressed with UPS delivery -- they claimed to have attempted delivery but my wife and I, expecting the package, were close at hand throughout the afternoon and saw no sign of a deliveryman...

In general, our shipments are delivered the next working day, which unfortunately can also go wrong...
Simple and straight forward. They had very detailed information on the website - which I needed for this somewhat niche product. I ordered. It came. It worked (mostly).
