I have yet to receive a tracking number from Van Gogh Museum Shop or DHL. If the shop could make sure their customers receive a tracking number - it would be very helpful.

Het zou fijn zijn als ik in het Nederlands aangesproken zou kunnen worden. Het bestelde t-shirt was snel ter plekke en mooi van stof. Mijn dochter is er blij mee.

Optie voor Nederlands. Verder zou de site gebruikersvriendelijker mogen. Zeker visueel.

I wanted to buy "Van Gogh Luxury silk twill scarf Irises", but it was out of stock and I had to buy "Van Gogh Luxury silk twill scarf Almond Blossom". Of course Almond Blossom is very beautiful,... I wanted to buy "Van Gogh Luxury silk twill scarf Irises", but it was out of stock and I had to buy "Van Gogh Luxury silk twill scarf Almond Blossom". Of course Almond Blossom is very beautiful, but the person to whom I wanted to give the scarf would have liked Irises better.

I have not received my product yet. It has not gone well, I have no emails or feedback as to when I will get my product and my credit card has been charged. I do not know how to track my poster that... I have not received my product yet. It has not gone well, I have no emails or feedback as to when I will get my product and my credit card has been charged. I do not know how to track my poster that I bought from the museum shop. It’s supposed to ship to me in the US.

Ship the product, let the customer know when the product is being received, let the customer know when the product has shipped. Follow up with the delivery. Where is my poster?
