Good customer response times from staff. Nice website, easy to access and appealing. Nice selection of items.

I wish there was a way to better access the pokemon collection. It appears to be being scooped up by collectors or resellers - hard to get gifts for a van gogh and pokemon fan when things sell out... I realize this cannot be specifically controlled, but the print on demand " selling out" or no longer being offered after X amount of orders was heartbreaking.

Er valt niets te verbeteren. De site is ook eenvoudig te begrijpen en volledig. Dit is een geweldige winkel met snelle levering.

Overall I am really disappointed. This is mainly because the company did not make it at all clear on the web site when I made the purchase that I would have to pay tax on the purchase. In addition... Overall I am really disappointed. This is mainly because the company did not make it at all clear on the web site when I made the purchase that I would have to pay tax on the purchase. In addition to the expensive courier cost, I had to pay nearly £50 just to have it imported. Had this been made clear at the point of purchase, I would not have bought the two prints. I have contacted the company asking them to refund half of the import cost and have not heard back from them.

Be transparent in all costs associated with purchasing something from the Van Gogh Musuem shop.
