I was told that my package would be delivered via 2 day express. It was not an option. I had to accept or the order would not go through. Today, 7 days later, I got an email from ups that it is on... I was told that my package would be delivered via 2 day express. It was not an option. I had to accept or the order would not go through. Today, 7 days later, I got an email from ups that it is on the way. This happened after I sent the museum 2 emails yesterday. It will arrive when the person is out of town. I am not happy with the poor service and lack of communication.

They can do what they say they will do. The package was supposed to be sent out on February 1, 2024 and arrive by February 3, 2024. They did not even bother to send me an email explaining the... I had to order online after visiting the museam because in the shop I wasn t allowed to pay with cash.. As a tourist my card didn t work I felt devastated that I couldn't buy all the souvenirs I... I tried to order from the kiosk in the museum shop but it wasn’t working (couldn’t add item to cart.) so I ordered via web browser on my mobile.

I didn’t get a shipping confirmation or tracking info, and I paid a lot for expedited shipping (the only option) but haven’t received my item yet.
