Very smooth process and they were very helpful especially as we had problems with compliance issues in China - we had to change delivery details a few times but they were very patient.

We had some problems with getting them set up on our system as we waited for company details from them for a while, which meant we could not pay them - although they kept chasing us. I think they... I think they just need to be aware that some companies require this information to get them set up on SAP as a supplier.
