Scammers. Ordered 2 litres of freeze dried roast petals, which their website states is 40-50g per 1 litre. I recieved 63g in one and 65g in another. I should have recieved I minimum of 160g in total... Scammers. Ordered 2 litres of freeze dried roast petals, which their website states is 40-50g per 1 litre. I recieved 63g in one and 65g in another. I should have recieved I minimum of 160g in total and I recieved 128g, which in petal terms is a huge difference. £40 for nothing. Contacted the company tobe told its not by weight, yet it clearly states 1L is 40-50g. Jokers. Stay clear and use someone else.

Would be 0 stars if I could.

Please don't confuse weight and volume with each other. As our petals are very light in weight, these are being sold per volume. The boxes you've received contain 2,01 litres each (19x19x5,7 cm.)
You can always return your parcel for a full refund when you'd like.

I placed an order twice with these guys and omg the service they provided was soo good, they replied back to all emails unlike some companies and also the proudict was soo good i love it and cant... Straight forward honest retailers. Sadly due to import problems my order had to be declined. Immediate refund and explaination, no nonsense. Cant ask for fairer.

After speaking to sweet colours, they have offered me a refund and apologised regarding courier service. I found them to be helpful, and understanding in dealing with my issue. Excellent shopping experience. Prompt delivery of a high quality product at a fair price. I got a single large size red rose and it's beautiful.
