Lovely flowers - but when they DO send flowers that are dead on arrival, they dont seem to beleive you, and it takes endless photos being sent, and emails, before we get a credit - which is pretty poor customer service to be honest!
Improvements or suggestions
When there IS a problem, the response time in getting back to us is weak, emails ignored, and they make the customer feel like we are making a drama.! Which is a pretty upsetting feeling, and incredibly poor customer service.
