Excellent. Jeanette was very knowledgeable and helpful. Although it would have been helpful to review the options online before I spoke to Jeanette as there is a lot of information to take in.

BAD. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I DON'T KNOW WHO'S FAULT IT IS, BUT SINCE 2 DAYS I HAVE NO HOT WATER IN THE WHOLE APPARTMENT NOR ANY HEAT.
EVERY MAIL FROM THOSE PROVIDERS ARE IN DUTCH. NONE IS...

EVERY MAIL FROM THOSE PROVIDERS ARE IN DUTCH. NONE IS WRITTING MAILS NOR THE CONTRACT NOR ANYTHING IN ENGLISH.
KNOWING THAT MAINLY EXPATS ARE YOUR CLIENTS, YOU COULD SELECT AND ENSURE THAT THE PROVIDERS YOU CONNECT FOREIGNERS WITH, TALK AND WRITE IN ENGLISH. I HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO THAN TO PLAY WITH GOOGLE TRANSLATE AND COPY/PASTE EVERY COMMUNICATION.
YOU GET PAID FOR YOUR SERVICES, YOU SHOULD IMPROVE THAT SPECIFIC TOPIC.

We help expats get connected by proxy to selected providers and suppliers in the Netherlands. This we did in your case by speaking to you over the phone, creating a tailor made offer based on your profile and sending you this specified by email for you to agree to. This we did. We nor our energy suppliers are responsible for your apartment not having hot water. This is something you need to address with your landlord and sounds like a technical issue with your heater/boiler. If the lack of hot water was due to your property getting disconnected from energy this is due to the property being vacant too long without an energy contract and again this is the responsibility of your landlord or management company. As for large Dutch energy companies and telcom companies not corresponding in English. This is out of or reach and part of the reason we exist as a company. However, we do communicate in English. Did you contact us in any way so we might have been able to assist you in any way? Hoping to hear from you to find out what the reason was and if and how we fell short in our service. William
