Quick service however I didnt order the correctsize of eyebolt within 30 mins of placing order contacted you but couldnt change order after it had been placed sospent 14 pounds for nothing.

Also mentioned on our website is that we are moving our warehouse. This may result in a delay of your order.
We do apologize for this and we try to ship all the orders within 1 or 2 days.
Your package was out for delivery on Friday. But you were not home to sign for the package.
We do apologize that your package was 1 day late for us to make the 3 days limit. But as mentioned before (and on our website) we are moving the warehouse.

Order was placed for a number of items, then some 6 days latter having emailed them asking if my order had been dispatched I was informed NO, they were weighting on some of the parts placed on...
