We have not yet received the goods!!

Because of the Christmas & new year holidays, this may take longer than that. Holidays are not considered workdays.

I can see that the package has been delivered to you on the 2nd of January.
DHL has tried to deliver the package 2 times before but the location was closed.
The first time was on Friday the 28th of December. This was within the 5 workdays we refer to on our website.
We have tried to contact you about this matter but we still haven't received a reply.

I wanted a better way of lifting my electric wheelchair in & out of my car using a hoist. I selected the two 0.5 metre straps so they could be attached to suitable lifting points & the hoist hook... I wanted a better way of lifting my electric wheelchair in & out of my car using a hoist. I selected the two 0.5 metre straps so they could be attached to suitable lifting points & the hoist hook being attached through the two free ends of the straps. The quality of the straps is very good & such great value. Delivery time was also excellent. Unfortunately I have been in hospital since Sunday & haven’t been able to try out my idea but pretty sure it will work.

Slow in reply. Even though it's a UK website, but the gear came from the Netherlands.

True, we are a Dutch company that also supplies to customers in England. That is why the delivery time is also slightly longer than with online stores that have an England based warehouse.
We apologize for the delayed delivery. We do our best to keep our website as up-to-date as possible with the lead time of our products. Keep in mind that we only count working days, so that means no holidays or weekends.
Please note that we do not include delays with the DHL because this is an exception to the rule. Unfortunately, these delays are out of our hands.
