Inactivation too fast

inactivation conversation too fast

Alse messegas are inactivated when i change the advert. So i loose the conversation. People do not trut anymore the room is still there for them.

Hi I was told today that money will be taken off my account. But I did not ask for that and would like to get a refund for my second payment. When I did the payment I clearly notice that a did a one off payment for 15 days and not more. I hope someone can assist me with this so that I can get it sorted. And on top of that I don’t see a costemer servicewhich i can call.
