Company reacted to my complaint and shipped new set. I'll have to cover additional shipping costs to my home as they shipped new set to the original destination (it was temporary address in Germany).

It was the only given shipping address when the order was placed. If we would have been informed directly we would of course have shipped it to your current address. Now we were not able to as we only found out your issue by reading your review online. Please contact us directly next time then we are able to correct it.

Clarity of information about air filters, I was able to get the exact right ones with Summer Bypass (a better fit than those without). Far better value than buying in the UK (I only found one... Far better value than buying in the UK (I only found one supplier here). Ordered 5 sets to get free p&p, but in future might consider the subscription with reminders service. Overall, as an individual householder, I felt the company to be very customer friendly and would recommend.
