This is a very good product; it would be beneficial to have a more comprehensive description of the fixing procedure ( with a leaflet included) rather than having to rely on online information... Purchased a couple of the 4m kits which were delivered quickly. System works well but the kits have a completely inadequate number of perlons/hooks so plan to order extras.

These guys are incredible. I ordered the same shipment twice, which was rejected both times by a Send-On service based in the UK because of size restrictions. PHS didn't bat an eye, gave me a full... These guys are incredible. I ordered the same shipment twice, which was rejected both times by a Send-On service based in the UK because of size restrictions. PHS didn't bat an eye, gave me a full refund both times even though they had gone through the packing, shipment and return, all at my expense, twice! The shipping department kept their cool in spite of the complications, and bent over backwards to help. Thank you, my next order is definitely with you guys!

Initially good - very swift delivery of my order. Although no communication - would be nice to receive notification of dispatch.
However I realised I had mis-ordered and had left out a couple... Initially good - very swift delivery of my order. Although no communication - would be nice to receive notification of dispatch.
However I realised I had mis-ordered and had left out a couple of very small items. When trying to order these separately the shipping offered was almost as much as the goods; when in reality they would have been shipped for little more than a pound.
I contacted the company who simply suggested I source the item from another online retailer.
Extremely poor service to a new customer and if future I may as well just use the other online supplier.

Fine in terms of goods bought - but UPS on your behalf delivered to the wrong address - we asked you to deliver to our address on the Isle of Wight - but you delivered instead to our billing address...
