Very well, after our real estate agent did not sell our house, we took over IQ real estate agents and this turned out to be a bull's-eye. Within 2 weeks the house was sold above the asking price....Very well, after our real estate agent did not sell our house, we took over IQ real estate agents and this turned out to be a bull's-eye. Within 2 weeks the house was sold above the asking price. Our old broker threw it at luck but we think a little different about this!
