I placed an order on June 22. There was only one shipping option to my country, and it cost $90, no matter what. The website states that most packages will be shipped within 2-4 days, and that a tracking number would be provided. It's also written that, should delivery be delayed, the customer would receive an email about this. It's now July 5th. I've received no tracking number or communication at all since the first email I got confirming my order. I've written to customer service twice, with no response. When I call, the phone just rings and rings. The only reason I haven't assumed the site is a scam and called my credit card company to cancel is because the sheer volume of reviews from satisfied customers still has me pacified in believing the site is legit. Getting pretty nervous I'll never receive my order. The wallpaper is for a job that is now being delayed while we wait on this shipment for who-knows-how-long.
Lots of selection. Many nice rolls on sale for good prices.

Please respond to your customer service messages and be honest about shipment times. Increase communication with customers.
