Initially, I experienced some confusion over them having received the PayPal payment, but not confirming the order or giving a receipt /response. This was resolved with a telephone call. After that, email confirmation and details of postage and shipping were quickly given and in fact I received the product in super fast time from them, around 3 days!! Quicker than some local orders have been!!!
