Improvements or suggestions
The website poses as a UK company and it is not until the order is placed that it becomes clear that it is based in the Netherlands - I think this should be more transparent.
I did not get an email to say my order was been shipped and tracking it was impossible - if these services are suggested then they should be carried out. I had to get in touch with customer services (who we very good) to find out what was happening with my order.
