Purchasing was easy, the products were well priced and when they arrived were exactly as described. I am not happy with the cost of shipping. I was charged 24 Euros for shipping, then when the package arrived in my country the courier contacted me and would not deliver unless I paid another 17 Euros. This was exceptionally over priced for shipping a small, lightweight package. Unfortunately, I will not be willing to purchase from you online again because of this.
