I loved your museum shop. While I was there I looked at a purse and did not buy it. After a few days I decided I wanted to purchase it. I looked on your website and couldn't find it. I contacted the shop via email and chatted about the purse. The customer service and attention was excellent. Several links were sent to me and a video link. I saw the purse in the video about the designer. I responded and described where it was in the video. I was then sent the picture of the purse. The purse was ordered and received timely. I am so pleased with the purse and especially the help I received in finding it!
