Terrible. My order never arrived and so I filled out the contact form listed on the museum shop site, and a week back I have still heard nothing

I cannot file a claim with DHL until the shipper files the necessary form, and so I cannot be refunded.

The Van Gogh museum gift shop has no customer service and doesn't care about its customers, do not order anything from them.

Read your messages and get someone to do something about these issues.

Dear customer,
We're sorry to hear that you didn't receive your order. On 2 september our customer service has replied to your question by email. Have you received this message?
According to DHL they did deliver your parcel. Normally we would file a claim with our courier when a parcel is not delivered, however, in this case that is not possible unfortunately. Because on 23.08 you have sent a request to DHL that the parcel ‘May be left in main entry’. With this request, you have agreed to accept a delivery without signature and the terms & conditions that DHL is not responsible for any damage or loss after delivery.
Have you already double checked with your neighbours? Perhaps someone else has accepted the parcel for you?
