My second purchase through internet was fine, thanks. But... First Van Gogh bowl set purchase that I did in Museum at the beginning of May disappointed me. One bowl has wrong shape. I sent message with photo. I expected to deceive any feedback from store, but no answer so far.

To take care about your customer, at least by answer to the claim. If you do not see a problem with bowl shape, please let me know. If you agree that is manufacture defect, let's discuss the discount amount. Silence is a strange way to solve the issue.
