I received a newsletter from the Van Gogh Museum which advertised their current sales offer. Having browsed their shop catalogue, I placed an online order and within 24 hours I was told my order was processed and on its way by courier. I received the order a little later than expected, but this delay was due to the courier. It seems the courier company delivering in Ireland does not use the postal code for identifying addresses in rural locations, hence some confusion as to which depot they should use for delivery! However the goods arrived in good shape and I was very pleased with the standard and quality of the items ordered.
Improvements or suggestions
Check up on the quality of the courier service. This particular courier may offer an excellent service in the Netherlands but not so good in Ireland!
