Website was easy to navigate and place the order. Most sites give you a cost breakdown for international shipments before you confirm the order. The website listed the VAT price, but did not state shipping cost (if 0 dollars should indicate). Also there was no mention of potential duty cost for shipment to Canada. This should all be stated before confirming the order.
Improvements or suggestions
As stated above I was expecting to see shipment or duty cost and did not before my order was confirmed. I assumed incorrectly that the VAT was the duty cost. I paid $87 canadian dollars in duty to ship my order. That is almost have the cost of the painting. Had I known that I would have purchased it locally and taken it with me.
