The online service is smooth; the items are well packed and the delivery very quick.
However, I was very disappointed with the quality of the main item I ordered (shoulder bag). * I have already contacted the customer service online and provided all the details about the defective item; I am waiting for the reply.
Improvements or suggestions
1. To make sure items to be delivered are not defective
2. In case a defective item is delivered, the company should take the customer's complain into consideration, check the validity of the complain, and, if the item was really defective, they should send a new one to the customer. Reimbursement is not enough as the customer has also paid for delivery and customs costs.
