I placed an order of very late notice for a batch of powerbanks, but they were guaranteed to arrive for my event in time. Although communications between myself and Niall were easy and pleasant, unfortunately the product did not arrive on time. I am aware that problems with the delivery company are completely out of your control, but I also think there should be more time allowed for the production of products to allow for hiccups such as that to happen along the way, and that you should inform your customers of that more so. Unfortunately it left us in a massive rush to sort out products of a much higher expense for next day delivery.
I would order from your company again, as you are of very good value, but only if it was very far in advance. I think you need to lengthen your turnover time so customers are not disappointed with the service.
