I ordered 500 USB Sticks to be delivered by a certain date. the day before we called the account manager who said they were in customs and should arrive the next day. I called the next day and was told that they would be delivered by 9am the following day - they arrived at 10:45. Not only were the sticks late when we plugged them into the machines they were all blank! unacceptable service and product.
