My experience was a nice one. Excellent customer service, very responsive, friendly and proactive. The received products were a bit of a lower quality than I expected, but still good. For example, the brushes lose hair when usingt them and the wooden boxes had remaining sawdust inside.

That is unfortunate to hear. Usually, our brushes do not shed any hairs, but in the rare cases they do it usually stops after 1-2 shoe shine sessions. If it does not stop, please contact our customer service and we will take care of that for you.
It is also unfortunate to hear the boxes contained sawdust. We are not sure why that is.
