Sometimes one only gets the measure of an organisation when there is a problem and how it is handled. This was so with this order when it was dispatched to the carrier and promptly disappeared into a "black hole" I contacted the company via the link on their website and received a prompt reply with the results of their investigation and a tracking link and an expected ETA.
When the items arrived they were carefully packed and intact: no tins with fragmented polish. Along with the items ordered, were a gratis guide to shoe care and the products available, an introductory discount for any third party I might recommend and a hand written thank you ( which is a nice touch).
