I must say fantastic products but an even better team of staff. I was due to leave London within 3 days for a month long trip and had forgotten to place my order and was concerned i would not receive it on time before i left. I called up the enquiry number provided and spoke to a very helpful gentlemen who informed me to go ahead and place the order and he would simultaneously inform the online order processing team of my situation. I was also given the option of urgent next day at extra cost but i was assured by the gentlemen on the phone that it would not be necessary. Without any delay, i was immediately e-mailed by the team that they had received my order and minutes later informed that it had been made ready for shipment. Suffice it to say, everything arrived perfectly and in time for my departure. Fantastic company.
