After I have completed my purchase, I received an email informing me my order has been cancelled because the company does not ship to my country due to "bad experiences in the past". Fix your system so it does not let people from specific regions complete the purchase or at least mention this information somewhere in your website. Cancelling the order this way is unprofessional.

Sorry when the message wasn't clear. We had some problems with delivery services in the past. To avoid disappointments with our customers we prefer not to dispatch parcels to the U.S.
