I think I provided the wrong zip code (added a comma) which meant that my parcel never came. I wasn’t able to track this no email was given with a link tried several times to phone company but number was unavailable ... I received a very late reply via email although they were professional despite me being slightly offensive (I was very frustrated with my parcel not arriving and not getting any response or being able to track it.)
