As you can see the shipment has been sent on the 21st of December. Our lead time is 3-5 workdays.
Because of the Christmas & new year holidays, this may take longer than that. Holidays are not considered workdays.

I can see that the package has been delivered to you on the 2nd of January.
DHL has tried to deliver the package 2 times before but the location was closed.
The first time was on Friday the 28th of December. This was within the 5 workdays we refer to on our website.
We have tried to contact you about this matter but we still haven't received a reply.
