Frustrating and time consuming

Thank you for you review and useful tips. It is indeed frustrating when not all landlords reply to their messages, we do send them emails regularly showing them the amount of unreplied messages and give them tips on how to reply to them. Unfortunately we cannot force them to reply to all their messages but we are looking into options on how to make it easier.
