Hi I was told today that money will be taken off my account. But I did not ask for that and would like to get a refund for my second payment. Because I was not even asked for the money to be taken. When I did the payment I clearly notice that a did a one off payment for 15 days and not more. I hope someone can assist me with this so that I can get it sorted. And on top of that I don’t see a costemer servicewhich i can call.
