These guys are incredible. I ordered the same shipment twice, which was rejected both times by a Send-On service based in the UK because of size restrictions. PHS didn't bat an eye, gave me a full refund both times even though they had gone through the packing, shipment and return, all at my expense, twice! The shipping department kept their cool in spite of the complications, and bent over backwards to help. Thank you, my next order is definitely with you guys!
