Very responsive to my request, friendly staff, excellent packers and movers, especially the unloading was a tough job and the two guys did it well. Everything was received well, nothing was damaged nor broken. I wasn't happy about the communication (after sales) as the moving expert went on vacation and didn't coordinate as promised for the pick up. There was also no follow up after the goods were delivered.
